Shipping Policy – Shree Aigiri Products



At Shree Aigiri Products, a unit of SHOKESH ENTERPRISES, we aim to deliver your devotional and Pujan essentials safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.




1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver our products across all states of India through trusted logistics and courier partners.
For wholesale and bulk inquiries, special delivery arrangements can be made.




2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Wholesale and bulk orders may take 2–5 working days depending on quantity and packaging requirements.

Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.





3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 working days

Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days


Note: Delivery delays may occur due to festivals, courier load, or unavoidable network issues.




4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location.

Charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

For bulk/wholesale orders, separate transport charges may apply.





5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking ID

Courier partner name

Tracking link (where available)


You can track your order using the link provided.




6. Packaging & Safety

We follow strict packaging standards to ensure:

Product safety

Zero leakage of powders, liquids, or fragrances

Weather-resistant packing

Extra bubble wrap for delicate pujan materials


If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos or a parcel opening video.




7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the customer is unreachable or delivery is refused, the order will be marked as undelivered.

Re-delivery charges may apply.




8. Incorrect Address Policy

Shree Aigiri Products is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to:

Wrong address

Incomplete address

Incorrect phone number


Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.




9. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
This applies to both retail and wholesale purchases.




10. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Courier service issues

Strikes or lockdowns

Natural disasters

Festival rush

Uncontrollable logistics problems


However, we always support our customers in tracking and resolving issues.




11. International Shipping

Currently, Shree Aigiri primarily ships within India, but special international shipping may be arranged for large or bulk orders on request.
