This Payment Policy explains the accepted payment methods, billing rules, and terms for purchasing products from Shree Aigiri Products, a unit of SHOKESH ENTERPRISES.
By placing an order, you agree to the following payment terms.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:
A. Online Payment
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets (where supported)
All online payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.
B. Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS
Available for bulk or wholesale orders.
Bank details are shared on request.
C. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available only for selected retail items.
- COD is not available on bulk or wholesale orders.
- COD charges may apply depending on order value.
2. Payment Security
- We do not store any card, wallet, or banking information.
- All payments are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
- Customer data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
3. Order Confirmation
- An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
- In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
- If payment is deducted but not reflected in our system, please allow 24 hours for automatic reconciliation.
4. Payment for Wholesale Orders
- Wholesale, bulk, and customized orders require 100% advance payment.
- No dispatch will be done until full payment is received.
- After confirmation, bulk orders cannot be cancelled.
5. Invoice & Billing
- Every order includes a proper tax invoice as per GST guidelines.
- For business buyers, GST details must be provided at checkout.
- Invoice will be sent via email/WhatsApp and included inside the package.
6. Refunds & Payment Reversals
Refunds are processed only in eligible cases (such as incorrect or damaged products).
If approved:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 4–7 working days (depending on the bank/gateway).
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
Note: We are not liable for delays caused by banks or payment partners.
7. COD Payment Terms
- COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
- Refusing the delivery may result in service restrictions on future COD orders.
- Extra charges may apply for COD handling.
8. Pricing & Changes
- Prices displayed on our website or catalogue are inclusive of GST (unless mentioned otherwise).
- Prices may change anytime without notice.
- Offers, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to terms.
9. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious or high-risk transactions
- Request identity verification in rare cases
- Restrict COD for customers with past refusal/return issues
